Achieve a lean, toned, healthy body and a happy and inspired mind when you join our Flying Trapeze 10 Week Challenge.

Our 1.5 hour weekly flying trapeze class will have you testing personal limits, increasing core and upper body strength, flexibility and body awareness and achieving tricks you never thought possible!  You will learn basic swinging techniques, backflips and catches such as knee hang, whip, split, planche, hocks off and more.  Flyers of all levels are invited join the challenge and progress at their own pace over the 10 weeks.  Fitness has never been so fun!
